Charles & Ray Eames, 1969. Office chair with medium or high backrest with armrests. Swivel or non-swivel on 5-star castor base. The Soft Pad Chair was designed in 1969. In terms of construction and design it is identical to the Aluminium Chair. The attached padded sections form an interesting contrast to the elegant aluminium frame. They make the Soft Pad Chair softer and plusher, without detracting from its transparency and clear lines.

Leather upholstery with back in Plano fabric. Back cover in leather available for an additional charge. Dimensions: Medium backrest (EA 217): W 580 x D 570-650 x H 840-960mm High backrest (EA 219): W 580 x D 595-650 x H 1020-1140mm
