Ligne Roset Postmoderne TV Unit

In the case of these new pieces, Eric Jourdan's new range of furniture, the work was based around a specific design language. It is drawing which guided the project, the pencil drew, shifted, proportioned the constituent elements of the piece, putting the tops, for example, in complete balance with the offset legs. Light in appearance, asymmetrical, hollowed-out, these are the rounded forms beloved by Eric Jourdan.
Edging in 8 mm thick oak veneered multi-ply. The lower shelf and flap door are lacquered to match the upper top. The base is finished in oak veneer and incorporates a central flat metal reinforcement to the rear for rigidity. The TV unit has a niche (with overhang to the left). The interior of the TV unit is lacquered to match the exterior and opens via a push catch. A cable part and ventilation grille are set into the rear of the chest.
