Vitra Eames EDU desk unit
The Eames Desk Unit (EDU) was constructed by Charles and Ray Eames in accordance with the principles of industrial production. The panels function as a modesty shield and partially enclose the two storage compartments.
The Vitra Eames EDU desk unit is a practical storage piece with a distinctive mid-century look. Originally part of the Eames Storage Unit range, it combines open shelves and closed compartments, making it easy to organise both work and everyday items. Its slim steel frame and coloured panels give it a light, graphic feel while still being sturdy and functional. Well suited to home offices or creative spaces, it brings a sense of order without feeling overly formal.
