Automatic SoftRoasting programme - tender meat exactly when you want it. This V-Zug innovation automatically and dynamically controls the core temperature. Whatever its shape, composition and weight, the meat is ready to serve exactly at the desired time.
Exclusive food probe guarantees success with meat dishes. The food probe measures the desired core temperature in the piece of meat to the degree, with the temperature shown in the display and constantly electronically monitored. At all times you can check whether the roast is ready at the core temperature you have selected. The patented food probe makes this possible even when a piece of meat is on the rotisserie.
With the exclusive operating modes Hot Air and Hot Air - Humid, you can bake on two shelves simultaneously. Whether it is two trays of biscuits, fruit flans, quiches or gratins, thanks to the optimal circulation of hot air and the cooking space ventilation you will always have perfect baking and cooking results. The Hot Air - Humid operating mode is particularly suited to gratins and souffles. They cook faster and do not dry out.
Electronic Steam System - water is taken from the fresh water tank to the external boiler where it is turned into steam as required. The water is pumped back into the tank after cooking, which means that no standing water can accumulate in the cooking space or the water feed pipes.
Seam-free cooking space floor  - the smooth, seam-free surface is quick and easy to clean.
User-controlled descaling - the descaling programme makes it incredibly easy to remove limescale from the appliance.
PizzaPlus for Italian restaurant style pizza. Thanks to the genuine hot air, combined with bottom heat, the base of the pizza, quiche or fruit flan becomes beatifully crisp.
